• We do not accept dogs listed in the dangerous dog act

• No Commercial vehicles (unless otherwise agreed with the owner)

• Campfires are strictly prohibited.

• If a cancellation is made less than 30 days before your arrival date, no refunds can be given. Customers making a cancellation with more than 30 days notice have the option to transfer their deposit to another date within 6 months of the original booking, this may only be done once.

• No hen or stag parties

• Under 18’s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians
